Once you have had your discovery call and decided to move forward, we will guide you through a simple, three-step onboarding process designed to get your people program up and running without disrupting your day-to-day operations. The first step is a detailed scoping session where we map your current people initiatives, identify any gaps, and agree on the specific packages that will form your 12-month program. This typically takes around 60 minutes and can be held virtually or in person.

The second step is the technical setup of the Lumien AI platform, including secure data integration from your existing HR systems. Our team handles the configuration and testing, so you do not need any internal IT resource. The third step is a launch workshop for your leadership team and internal champions, where we walk through the platform, set initial benchmarks, and agree on communication plans for your employees. Most organisations complete onboarding within two to three weeks.

Pricing and Packages

We believe in transparent, flexible pricing that reflects the size and ambitions of your business. Rather than a one-size-fits-all subscription, our 12-month programs are built from a selection of core and optional modules, each with clear, upfront costs. You will never encounter hidden fees or unexpected add-ons after you sign up. During your discovery call, we will provide a detailed breakdown based on your employee headcount, the modules you select, and the level of Lumien AI analytics you need.

For smaller companies (under 50 employees), we offer a streamlined starter package that includes the wellbeing survey, anonymised reporting, and quarterly review calls. For mid-sized and larger organisations, packages can include manager training workshops, pulse surveys, leadership coaching, and advanced data segmentation. We also offer flexible payment terms, including monthly and quarterly options, to help you manage cash flow. If your needs change during the year, you can adjust your package at any quarterly review point without penalty.

Data Security and Privacy

We take data protection extremely seriously, especially because Lumien AI handles sensitive employee information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols, and our platform is fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Individual responses to surveys and wellbeing checks are always anonymised before any analysis is performed, and we never report on groups of fewer than five employees to prevent identification.

Access to raw data is restricted to a small number of authorised personnel within our team, and we will never share or sell your employee data to third parties. You retain full ownership of your data at all times, and you can request a complete export or deletion at any point. Our data processing agreements are available for review before you sign, and we are happy to complete any security questionnaires your IT or legal team requires.

Ongoing Support and Quarterly Reviews

Your 12-month program is not a set-and-forget service. We assign a dedicated client partner who will work with you throughout the year, conducting quarterly business reviews to assess progress against your people and culture goals. These sessions are collaborative and practical: we examine the latest Lumien AI insights, celebrate wins, and identify any areas where the program needs to pivot. You will always know exactly what is working and what we recommend next.

Between reviews, you have direct access to our support team via email, phone, or a dedicated Slack channel for fast answers to any questions. We also provide monthly summary reports that highlight key trends in engagement, wellbeing, and retention, so you can keep your leadership team informed without pulling together data yourself. If a significant event occurs—such as a sudden drop in engagement or a spike in reported stress—we will proactively reach out with suggested interventions and support resources.
